Pendant toute la s\u00e9ance, l\u2019attention est port\u00e9e sur la respiration, l\u2019alignement postural et la conscience de soi.<\/li><li>le <strong>YIN YOGA<\/strong> : Le Yin Yoga est une pratique dans laquelle les postures sont tenues longtemps, permettant aux tissus profonds (les tissus conjonctifs) et aux articulations d\u2019\u00eatre stimul\u00e9s, tandis que le pratiquant travaille sur sa respiration et son mental.
